- Yes. When you subscribe to Premium, you get a 7-day free trial first — no card required up front. After the 7 days, you need an active subscription to keep using Premium features. Signing up doesn't subscribe you automatically; new accounts stay on the free tier until you choose to subscribe.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from your account settings on web, the App Store on iOS, or Google Play on Android. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
- What's free without a subscription?
- A core set of breathwork techniques, and one full journey. Everything else — the rest of the 18-technique library, the full set of journeys, and Premium features inside them — requires Breath Lab Premium.
